About this campground

Our adult waterfront park is located in a quiet rural setting on Highway 40, between the North Central Florida towns of Dunnellon and Inglis. Although rural, we are conveniently located near malls, shopping, fine restaurants, excellent golf courses, antiques, flea markets, hospitals and other metropolitan amenities. All are only minutes of non-congested driving away. Also, the Gulf of Mexico, with all of its beauty and related activity, is only fifteen miles to our west. The park borders on the north shore of the Withlacoochee River’s Lake Rousseau which has been designated an Outstanding Florida Waterway. This body of water is ideal for freshwater fishing, canoeing, and nature watching. It provides natural habitat for bald eagle, osprey, hawk, heron, egret and otter.
