Webster Reservoir was built by the United States Department of Interior Bureau of Reclamation in 1958. Webster State Park was added to the Kansas park system in 1965.
Choose from 66 water/electric campsites, six electric campsites, one water/electric/sewer, or one of the many primitive sites. Water sites are available year round. Reservations are accepted on several sites. Five boat ramp lanes and three courtesy docks offer boaters ample launching facilities on a usually uncluttered lake at conservation level.
Located in the central flyway, Webster Reservoir is a stopping place for many species of waterfowl and shorebirds and offers excellent opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts for hunting, viewing and photography.
