The cost of a lifetime ownership is an unbelievable $10,000 one-time fee, giving you 14 days camping per month year-round. This includes all closing costs for a Warranty Deed for an undivided interest in the entire Resort and the annual maintenance fee of $650 through 2023. Each time you come, you will reserve one of 300 sites with full hookups, cable tv, wi-fi, 2 pools, a 5-acre lake, a beautiful 2-story log clubhouse, a non-denomination chapel, full time security in a family atmosphere. (You are not buying a lot; you are buying the right to camp on any of the 300 sites.)
