Tiny Town is a small, family designed, developed, owned and operated, full hook up RV Campground with spacious sites surrounded by trees, tucked back from Route 17A in Cottageville, SC. The perfect place to stay over night, for a week of peacefulness or for a home base while exploring the surrounding areas. We are located between Charleston and Savannah. A perfect central place for popular day trips to Edisto beach, Hilton Head Island, Kiawah Island, Folly Beach, Huntington Beach and the beautiful historic towns of Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah. Edisto River public boat launch is 3 mins away, great for jet skis or smaller boats. We offer 50/30amp service along with well water and your own dump. Most sites have a wood picnic table and a metal fire ring. We are a basic campground with different recreation areas for kids and adults. We are newly opened with many newly completed projects including entrance and exit gates, two dog runs, expanded WiFi for streaming, a 20 ton sand box with kid excavators, volleyball court, jumbo checker & chessboard, and projector with outdoor movie screen. Projects still planned are bocce ball courts, horseshoe pits, swings in the trees, pickle ball court and a stage!
