Springfield/Northampton KOA, formally Windy Acres, is a family campground located in Western Massachusetts in the town of Westhampton.
The campground offers spacious campsites all with water and electricity and many with full hookups. The sites are a mix of wooded and open grassy sites, pull through and back-ins. The campground also offers a large safari field capable of handling groups of 30 families or more. Adjacent to the safari field is a 30’x70′ pavilion with renovated bathrooms, showers, and laundry machines. This pavilion is where we hold our Friday and Saturday night snack bar and bingo. Located in the center of the campground is another bathroom with showers and laundry. The front of the campground is where you will find the center of activities as well as an enclosed pavilion with renovated bathrooms and showers. This pavilion is where we have our movies and DJ dances on Friday and Saturday nights. Two new pools were added in 2004 and are located in this area as well as a pond for fishing. A recreation field as well as volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, and a playground are located in this area. At the entrance of the campground you will find the office as well as the camp store which offers a large selection of refreshments, snacks, novelties, RV supplies, LP gas and much more.
We offer a camping resort where the facilities are clean & well-kept. We provide families with an environment where parents feel safe allowing their children to explore all the campground has to offer.
