Located in North Fort Myers, just off of Highway 75, PIONEER VILLAGE RESORT is close to area beaches such as Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. We are equally close to Sun-Splash Water Park and the famed Shell Factory. We have over 200 annual residents and over 500 RV sites. We also rent lovely Vacation Cottages.
