Patterson State Park

Located in a remote area, Patterson has two rustic picnic pavilions for visitors to enjoy a quiet lunch. Patterson is a trailhead for the Susquehannock Trail, a favorite of backpackers.

Geography:
Surrounded by thousands of acres of northern hardwoods within the Susquehannock State Forest, this park serves as a trailhead for the 85-mile Susquehannock Trail System backpacking trail, a rest area along the extensive snowmobile trail network, as well as a base for hunting and other recreational activities.
