Celebrating 52 years, we are proud to be the oldest, and one of the highest recommended campgrounds in the Central Piedmont region of North Carolina. Since 1968 we have been dedicated to giving campers a fun, neat, clean, & friendly family experience. A great many of our guests are 2nd and 3rd generation campers who first came with their parents or grandparents. Come visit our beautiful campground nestled in the heart of the Uwharrie Mountains. We offer large shady campsites for any size camper. All sites have electric and water hook-ups, sewer, fire rings, and picnic tables. Snack bar items & ice are available at the country store. We have a clean bathhouse with hot showers and many recreations to keep you entertained. We are located only 15 minutes from North Carolina’s main attraction, The NORTH CAROLINA ZOO, one of the largest natural habitat zoos in the world.
