Hawker Point Campground is located on Stockton Lake, H Hwy, Stockton, Cedar County, Missouri, and we stayed here on June 25, 2023. If we had tried to reserve a place here at recreation.gov, it would have been booked, but I believe because we waited until about 4 p.m. that day to begin looking for a place nearby to reserve, we were able to find a reservation. We reserved it on my phone while on the road and then drove about an hour to get there. We a wonderful place and we were so fortunate to have spent the night at this campsite. It is a Corps of Engineers campground so for those who are stuck in the rut of looking for State Park campgrounds, remember to also look for the Corps of Engineers campgrounds. They do a fabulous work in keeping them nice. I found this map on Allstays that shows where they are located in the State of Missouri, but they are also in other states. They are all located on lakes
