Happy Acres Resort offers you a beautiful mountain setting where you can own your own vacation home, bring your camper or tent, or you can rent a lodge, cabin or room. Our privately owned resort, located in the Pine Creek Valley, Waterville, Pa. is open year round for your pleasure!
We boast 60 acres of sites built into a mountainside. Here you will find a spot to meet everyone’s needs with each rental unit and campsite having a unique setting. Our lodging sleeps anywhere from 4 to 25 people with 55 different cabins/rooms to choose from. We also have a large restaurant and lounge on location serving a full menu for lunch and dinner, a swimming pool, a general store and ice cream parlor, and we are pet friendly!
