Located 32 miles west of Quincy on Hwy 70, Gansner Bar is located on the west branch of the north fork of the Feather River along Caribou Road. Hallstead is located along the Feather River on Hwy 70 just 17 miles west of Quincy. Supplies are available in Belden, Twain, and Quincy. A Dump Station is located at Twain General Store & RV Park in Milford. Gansner Bar campground offers some stream front sites and accomodates both tent and RVs. There is berry picking in late summer.
