We are conveniently located on Airway Avenue with easy access to two different Interstate 40 interchanges, 51 and 53. Kingman is at the intersection of the Canamex Highway connecting Canada and Mexico, Historic Old Route 66, US 93 to Phoenix or Las Vegas, and State Route 68 which leads to Laughlin, Nevada. Las Vegas, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead National Recreation Area and The Grand Canyon are all easy day trips. People like living and staying in Kingman because you don’t have to shovel sunshine.Located at 3,500 foot elevation we experience beautiful weather and perfect for enjoying our lovely in-ground pool. Kingman weather is an ideal southwestern climate — neither too hot or too cold! Kingman, Arizona weather is a dry climate.
