Sites are located along Cougar Creek. The tent sites vary in size, with the smaller, more intimate sites found adjacent to Cougar Creek. Lake access is found across County Road 777 from the campground with a trail that leads to Carberry Creek (when the lake is full pool, the trail ends at the lake). There is nearby access to Applegate Lake & OHV trail system.
