Bear Run Campground

For 44 years, the Wehr family has been accommodating guests that come to enjoy the bountiful offerings of family recreation and leisure attractions offered at the jewel of Western Pennsylvania, Moraine State Park. In 1975, Robert Wehr and his wife, June, purchased a nearly 60-acre rolling agricultural land tract along Moraine State Park’s southwestern border that featured immediate access to Lake Arthur. Robert designed the park with a variety of camp areas and greenways. Today, Bear Run Campground is a 300-site full-service camping park with a heated pool, lake access, kids gem mine, and many more outdoor activities.
