We are located 17 miles (about 25 minutes) east of Albany and 13 miles (about 20 minutes) south of Troy on Route 43 between Averill Park and Stephentown, NY, located in a beautiful, quiet country paradise.
Follow the tree lined drive to your very own home away from home. Wake up to the sounds of nature before you stroll down our nature trails; relax by the pool; or just hang out by your camper. We offer a variety of sites from Pull-Thrus and Back-ins, wooded or sun bathed. RV and Tent camping, all sites have a fire ring, picnic tables, water and electric.
