Park at the River

Please be aware we’ll be changing our pet policy in 2025. From and including Memorial through Labor Day weekend, during the months of June, July and August, we will no longer allow pet dogs for nightly stays. Dogs will be allowed before and after these dates, during which time the park is rarely full, and for monthly guests all months. We understand this shift may come as an unwelcome surprise to many of you, especially those who have been coming here for years. The reason for this change is due to increasing numbers of dogs, increasing incidents (fights, bites, waste), allong with many dogs being left alone in RVs to bark all day long. By making this change, we hope to maintain a more peaceful, safe and natural environment for all, including our resident fox family and ever present mule deer!
