About We are a 5 star facility nestled on Bear Creek in the little town of Phoenix, Oregon in the heart of the beautiful Rogue Valley. Three miles south of Medford, “The Center of It All” and seven miles north of Ashland, home of the famous Shakespeare Festival and beautiful Lithia Park, Holiday RV Park is an excellent home base for sightseeing in the area. We are conveniently located right off I-5, but set back enough so highway noise is buffered.
