Geneseo Campground is located 4 miles North of exit 19 off I-80 in Illinois. Just follow the BLUE camping signs. Directly adjacent to the Historic Hennepin Canal State Park Parkway we offer a fully modern campground with direct access to the Grand Illinois Trail and the American Discovery Trail. Fishing, Hiking, Biking and Boating are available along the Canal. Canoe and Kayak Rentals are available. We have fully modern, clean restrooms, playground, horseshoes, volleyball, badminton, recreation field, laundry, limited groceries and RV supplies, group meeting facilities and shady pull-through sites. Many interesting area attraction are nearby including John Deere Museum, Bishop Hill (Swedish Colony) and much more.
