Sundance 1 RV Resort, Sundance 2 and The Buttes at Sundance (a 55+ adult community) is located in Casa Grande, Arizona. We are your winter destination for anyone looking to escape the Northern chill, and looking to enjoy a Resort and Community atmosphere! We are also your location for year-round residency whether you prefer living full time in your RV, converting to a Park Model home or moving into a larger Manufactured Home in our Sundance 2 & The Buttes at Sundance expansions. For those who prefer to rent, we offer spacious sites to rent for your RV and also offer a selection of Park Model Home Rentals. Any choice is a great choice for making new friends and growing new memories. No matter what your interest may be, you will find our Resort offers many Amenities and Activities galore, to make your time here as engaging as you can imagine. We have 3 resort pools with spa and offer pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, remote control racing, billiards, cards, darts, ceramics, stained glass, quilting room and multiple other activities that everyone can participate in. Our full time Activities Director and staff also help organize many Special Events for large groups and Planned Group Excursions.
