The La Paz Valley RV Park had 3 campgrounds. We stayed at Burrwood Prospectors Rendezvous. It was small and seemed like a kind of overflow area but with most amenities. There was 50 amp service, water and sewer hookups. A laundry room was located right in our campground but you had to take the garbage half a mile down the road to the dumpster in another campground. There was 50 amp service, water and sewer hookups. A laundry room was located right in our campground but you had to take the garbage half a mile down the road to the dumpster in another campground. Our campground was all dirt and there was no WiFi (a big deficiency!!). The sites were roomy and the campground managers (Cindy and Dave) were very friendly. They offered entertainment with a band at the “club house.” There was a $4 breakfast one morning. We came during the annual RV and gem shows. There were people camped everywhere in the desert. It seemed like all the baby boomers had descended on the town. What a hoot! This was a bucket list item. Have to do it at least once in your life if for no other reason than to watch all the characters
