The Green Valley RV Resort (GVRV Resort) is a 55+ gated community with 304 total spaces, each approximately 35 feet wide and 50 feet long. 144 lots are permanent park-model homes, another 104 are annual RV’ers, and the remaining 56 spaces are for seasonal / short / mid-term campers. Since actual dimensions of the lots vary, if you have a rig longer than 40 feet, please check in with us first to see if we currently have a lot to accommodate you. We do not have pull-through lots. We recognize the ease and convenience of pull-throughs, but when this resort was built in the 1980’s, that wasn’t a thing and the lots were built back-to-back.
