Tinker FamCamp is a great RV park located on Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City. It offers level, concrete pads with grass between sites, and a small lake with turtles on the logs. The campground is well maintained and all tenants keep their sites neat and orderly. The camp host is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the laundry room is clean and inexpensive. The park is small and very cramped, and the road that goes around the park is very narrow, making it difficult for big rigs to back in. There is no WiFi, but there is good water pressure and reliable electric. The camp host will help you back into your spot, and there is a free ice machine in the laundry room. There are numerous trails to walk and a nearby lake to swim in. The Cowboy and Western Museum is a must-see attraction not far away from the base. The campground is first come first served, and there are very strict pet policies in place.
